In recent years, machinery enterprises have been introducing the professional technical and management personnel, strengthening talent reserve work, to improve their product digital, intelligent and network level. They continuously meet customer demand by improving the product technology content and knowledge.Mechanical talent has become the important resources of enterprises. Machinery enterprises pay more and more attention to human resources. As enterprises has become increasingly fierce Competitive, talent competition intensifies in machinery industry. In order to attract, retain, making good use of talents in enterprises, enterprises pay more and more attention to the development of human resources. Enterprise salary and salary incentive policy is the basic policy that affects each employee, playing a guiding role to staff. Employee compensation to the employee’s satisfaction is very influence, the enthusiasm and creativity on staff into playing is influence, thereby affecting the development of enterprises.The competition of the enterprise, eventually becomes a talent competition.
