The performance appraisal is one of the important content of the modern human resource management, enterprise development and utilization of human resources is recognized as a problem, one of the most complex and difficult, is how to do a good job to take full advantage of staff incentives and its potential. In order to achieve harmonization of individual employee performance and overall performance, it is necessary to establish an effective performance evaluation system. This paper studies the problem of Shandong Dong Qing Road Company, the construction of the performance appraisal system.This article through the analysis and discussion of the status of Dong Qing Company performance appraisal, analysis of the drawbacks of the original performance appraisal and its deep-seated reasons, focuses on the Dong Qing Company how to establish the performance appraisal system for their own needs in accordance with modern human resource management theory. The main problems of Dong Qing Company performance appraisal, the paper uses advanced theories and methods of performance evaluation from design positions mission statement, the positions of key performance indicators, assessment department and process design, performance appraisal methods, appraisal cycle time, evaluation dimensions and performance feedback, and many other innovative ideas and methods of operation; design ideas and principles of how to create a performance appraisal system in line with the theory of modern human resource management; implementation methods and processes; illustrates how to implement good performance appraisal safeguards. Part in the implementation of the performance appraisal program, performance management, performance plans, performance coaching, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and use of the results, and the various stages of operation.Performance appraisal system established to strengthen the relevance of the "performance" and "remuneration". Effective and objective valuation based on the basis of the remuneration of the job performance, combined with the concept of broadband pay, to establish a new salary distribution system, in order to establish dynamic adjustment mechanism between pay and performance. Senior professionals for companies facing difficult introduction, existing staff were not enthusiastic about the overall skill level of employees uncompetitive to solve problems and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the Dong Qing Company, and the company can be good and fast development.
