With the rapid development of market economy,the role of human resources management in enterprise management becomes more and more important.The health of enterprises depends on the degree of human resource management in enterprise management.In this case,how to improve the level of human resources management,the establishment of a set of scientific,and operational performance appraisal system has become the current business and need to solve the problem.This paper summarized the research status at home and abroad,and on this basis to build the framework paper love,choose SH company employee performance appraisal as the research object,analyze problems,find the reason.First analyze the SH company profile,including.its human resources organization structure,then expounds the present performance appraisal status,find the company there are some problems in the current performance appraisal,performance for:not enough detailed assessment index,the inspection cycle interval is longer,appraisal purpose is not clear,intense effect was not significant,the results of the apprsaisal appraisal feedback mechanism is not sound,etc.,analyze the causes of these problems.On this basis,according to the performance appraisal process,cycle assessment method to 360 degrees,from the evaluation index,evaluation period,the application of assessment results and evaluation feedback of SH optimization design was carried out on the staff performance appraisal system,establishes a set of suitable for SH staff performance appraisal practical and scientific,easy to operation staff performance appraisal system,.and puts forward the safeguard measures for implementing this system.Make the performance appraisal play a reasonable incentive mechanism,stimulate staff's work enthusiasm,improve organizational performance and employee performance together,perfecting the SH company staff performance appraisal system.The study of SH company staff performance appraisal system,starting from the status quo,problem analysis,find the reason;In view of the problems,optimization solution.Hope to promote the SH staff performance appraisal to a new level.At the same time to the same industry can be used for reference of other enterprise staff performance appraisal.
