Downturn in recent years,the international crude oil market,resulting in chemical engineering design industry suffered "cold winter" period,enterprises need to make substantial changes,the development orientation of business form,the competition focus more prominent use of scientific management and diversified ability to revitalize the human capital.Zhong Chen Engineering Company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating development,engineering design,equipment manufacturing and maintenance.In the current open market competition environment,enterprises are at an important stage of survival and transformation and development,and human resources have been transformed from a simple cost to a management tool to bear the mission of corporate profits.At present,the performance management system of the company is complete,but the performance assessment system is only formal,and there are problems such as the mismatch of assessment methods and the mismatch of assessment process.How to optimize the employee performance assessment system is the problem to be studied in this paper.Based on the theory of performance appraisal and the analysis of the enterprise performance Appraisal system,this paper investigates the present situation of employee performance appraisal in Zhong Chen Engineering Company through questionnaire,interview,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.With the characteristics of the current employee performance appraisal model,such as low employee satisfaction,no combination of index settings and different posts,lacking of effective performance guidance,this paper suggests some basic principles and methods of personnel assessment and classification,assessment cycle and content accordingly,to optimize the design of the staff performance appraisal system.
