| Small and medium manufacturing enterprises provide supporting services to largemanufacturing enterprises and subject to large client company. Its enterprises’anti-riskcapability is weak and at a disadvantage status in the entire supply chain. So a largenumber of small and medium manufacturing enterprises go bust in the financial crisis.On the other hand, small and medium manufacturing enterprise accounts for more than95%of the total, which plays an important role in the development of the nationaleconomy and solves the employment problems of large urban population. Then, theinternal supply chain management is particularly important to resist risks for small andmedium enterprises. This subject studies the internal supply chain management modesof small and medium manufacturing enterprises, the main tasks include the following.First, we describe the characteristics of internal supply chain in small and mediummanufacturing enterprises. Their characteristics are: large quantities, low level ofinformation and employees’ civilization, subject to large client company, at adisadvantage and have no choice in supply chain game.Then we conduct practical research on a lot small and medium manufacturingenterprises in Chongqing, describe the internal supply chain management mode in detailaccording to the organizational structure, business process and human resourcemanagement of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, sum up the internalsupply chain management mode of most small and medium manufacturing enterprises,analyze the status from the logistics, information flow and capital flow. We put forwardthe internal supply chain management is to assign human resources to the organizationalstructure to manage the enterprises, with aim to achieve the smoothness of logistics flow,information flow and capital flow. We establish the internal supply chain performanceevaluation system through research and survey, analyze the inadequacies of internalsupply chain management mode in small and medium manufacturing enterprises,propose incremental improvement suggestions from the organizational structure,business process and management mode according to the enterprises’character.Finally, we describe the internal supply chain management mode’ status of anenterprise’s in Chongqing, give the incremental improvement suggestions from theorganizational structure, business process and management. Then we evaluate thefunction of the internal supply chain management mode which is obtained before andafter the improvement through internal supply chain performance evaluation system, verify its effectiveness. So we pose that the development of small and mediummanufacturing enterprises need times improvement for internal supply chainmanagement mode, so as to improve the competitiveness of small and mediummanufacturing enterprises. |
