With the rapid development of the economy and the popularization of information technology,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises have ushered in opportunities and challenges.Enterprises must reduce operating costs,improve efficiency,and maintain core competitiveness in fierce competition.It is necessary to pay attention to supply chain management,optimize supply chain business processes,and improve enterprise informationization.Therefore,this paper selects the supply chain business process as the research topic in combination with the actual situation of DC enterprise,uses Petri nets modeling method to model and analyze the process,and combines the matrix reorganization algorithm to optimize it and improve irrational links in business process operations.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the relevant theoretical foundations of supply chain management,business process modeling and optimization,and Petri nets.Based on the status quo of supply chain management,business process and Petri nets research at home and abroad,the background and significance of this paper are introduced,which lays a foundation for later modeling and optimization analysis.Then,the paper selects the DC manufacturing enterprise as the research object,analyzes its basic situation and organizational structure,summarizes the DC enterprise supply chain business flow chart and analyzes it from four main aspects to identify the existing problems in the DC enterprise supply chain business process.Secondly,the supply chain business flow chart is converted into Petri nets,and the performance of the obtained model is analyzed by using the correlation matrix recombination algorithm.The subnets are found out and analyzed,and the conflicting nodes and synchronization nodes are obtained.The optimization of the model is carried out for these key nodes.Finally,the model is improved according to the optimization suggestion,and the optimized new model is obtained.Then,the time of the change is introduced for the pre-optimized and optimized models.The simulation analysis is carried out by Tina software,and the optimization effect is evaluated according to the simulation data.The conclusion of this thesis is: Through the analysis and optimization of DC manufacturing enterprise supply chain business process,Tina software is used to simulate the Petri net model before and after optimization.The comparison simulation results show that the change time of the optimized process is reduced by 51.33 compared with the pre-optimization model.In hours,the efficiency has increased by 21.72%,which further proves the feasibility of the method theory and the correctness of the optimization method.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining supply chain management with business processes and applying them to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and researching the entire supply chain business process from initial order management to final product delivery management.(2)Analyze and optimize the Petri nets model through the association matrix recombination algorithm,then introduce the transition time,use Tina software to simulate the model before and after optimization,and compare and analyze the optimization of the running time of the model before and after to obtain the optimization effect to ensure The rationality and effectiveness of the optimization.
