| Agriculture is the fundament of National economy. Every country payshigh attention to its agricultural development. China is a large agricultural country, andagriculture is the basic industry, and the level of agriculture development directly affectthe development of secondary and tertiary industries. The promotion and realization ofagricultural modernization is the best solution for solving agricultural problems. On theprocess of agricultural modernization, the labor force stay in agriculture directly involvedin as the participators and beneficiaries of the agricultural modernization. Therefore thestatus of labor force stay in agriculture has a direct impact on the process of agriculturalmodernization in China.Henan Province, as a major agricultural province in China, has typical significance inthe process of agricultural modernization. By studying the present situation ofagricultural modernization in Henan Province, the status of the labor force stay inagriculture of Henan province and the relationship between these two, the articlecome to the conclusion: the proportion of agricultural labor force stay in agricultureand its local modernization is indeed positively correlated. Although the substitutioneffect exist between the modernization of agriculture and the labor force stay inagriculture to some extent, the labor force stay in agriculture is unlikely to be replacedby agricultural modernization. At the same time, the development of agriculturalmodernization should be carried out stage by stage, first of all, we need to completethe infrastructure construction of the modernization of local agriculture. After theinfrastructure construction is completed, we should pay attention to the requirementsto the high quality labor force stay in agriculture on this basis. |
