Research On Optimum-scale Agriculture Management And Land Trading For Zhongyuan Area

At present the problems of country land’s abandon and the waste of landresource are serious. As a result, by analyzing the current situation of countries’ farmland management, it is very practical and meaningful to find out Zhongyuan area’sbest scale on farm land management, and coach on improving turnover of rural area’sland’s operational rights trading, which is also a significant impel to the Zhongyuanarea’s agriculture economic develpment.Based on the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis in this paper,on-the-spot investigation and data collection, combining normative analysis andempirical analysis of the method of combining study in the central plains moderatescale operation and land circulation research. Through the central plains to the analysis of the present status ofscale operation, Summarizes the existing rural scale operation in the central plains therural scale management in Central China features small scales.The fragmentation ofrural land in Central China is a severe problem.the scale management is inverselyproportional to economic development. This article from the micro perspective,through to the yield per unit of area index, pure income per index, labor productivityindex, labor are pure income index, input output index considering the economicindexes such as the best land scale for comparison, it is concluded that different indexunder considerations, land moderate scale is different, it is difficult to determine agenerally adapt to the standard, the comprehensive above economic indicators, in thecentral plains moderate scale operation should be in land between10-22acres.
