Research On Improving Dongying’s Industrial Value Chain

In recent years, the development of Dongying’s industry becomes faster,and the scale, efficiency also have been improving.Some featured influencing main industrial clusters have been grown up, and present the trend of intensively, inside which,the factors of resource, energy and labor can transfer freely.The industrial clusters become the main support of the local industry. At present, most of the local industrial clusters are labor-intensive, and the product are less-add-value.The products have taken over important position in the scale and the quantity.However, from the global prospect, the local industry just occupy the low link of the value chain, lacking the abilities of developing the high link of the value chain,such as,design, research, marketing and brand. At the same time, because of the locating of the low link resemble quality competition are fierce. The clusters are sensitive to labor, policy and other factors, which can’t get rid of the difficulties. In the new time, how to capture the opportunities, improving the level of power, marketing is an important issue.As the theories are limited and the research of industrial cluster’s value chain is crossed-issue, the thesis uses the qualitative analysis to study. First, it starts from the significance of the research about improving the Dongying’s industry value chain. Second,it studies both international and domestic development and trend of value chain. Third, it presents the development of Dongying’s industry and analyses the clusters from three levels. Then it analyses the basic conditions and restriction condition of the clusters. It takes rubber-tyre cluster and oil-equipment cluster to analysis by SWOT model. At last, it concludes the ways to improve Dongying’s industrial Value Chain.
