Human health was focused on with the development of the raising of people’s food safety consciousness, and then food testing industry has become the focus of the society. NY Testing Center belonging to NY Quality and Technique Supervision Bureau, and the food testing business of NY Testing Center developed rapidly. With the traffic continuously increase of NY Testing Center, but meanwhile many problems also appear, such as a longer testing cycle, the delay testing report, then lead to the customer satisfaction degree was decreased. Facing the Opportunity and challenges at present, NY Testing Center hope to analysis and improve the cause which dissatisfy the customer requirements, with satisfy or surpass the expectation of customers, making the traffic continuous growth.Research emphasis is placed on the customer focus to improve the internal resources of NY Testing Center. From the current business situation proceed, in the light of problem existing, using the principle and method of process optimization to analysis the reason of problems arising in-depth, to find out the key factors. Then author optimization testing process, to study the specific implementation of the scheme, and finally evaluation of the effect of scheme implementation. At last, this embodies the purpose of NY Testing Center:By passing the accurate, timely data to provide satisfied service to customers.The study mainly using systematic research method, comparative method, combine theory and practice, literature research and other methods. Through the study of business process optimization of NY Testing Center Food detection, to improved the business process. And can able to achieve the goal to shorten testing cycle effectively, ensure the report without delay, improve customer satisfaction degree, at the same time control or reduce the business of operating costs.
