W company is a listed company with Hong Kong stock and Mainland stock, and it is the largest auto parts manufactures. In this paper, with advanced Toyota Production System of Japan that W Co.,Ltd. is putting in practice, and base on the advanced industrial engineering management science theory at home and abroad, we introduce the TPS and establish the JIT production system of P production assembly line and carry through idiographic application, according to the specific needs of the business and the production management features of the No.3factory with many varieties and small quantities.Firstly, thesis elaborates the background of the research, significance of the study, Research status at home and abroad, summarizes main contents,and it puts forward the technical route and main research methods; combined with research I detailedly describe Lean Production, Just In Time, the basic theory of Kanban Management, and balanced production.Secondly, on the basis of analysis of products and product features, assembly line and assembly line features in the No.3factory of W company, I analyze the problem of the traditional production planning and control model in the other host professional factories; I introduce production planning and control mode of traditional production modes and JIT Production System, put forward for production planning and control model in the No.3factory, on the basis of this, conduct requirements analysis of production system.Thirdly, the paper elaborates the idea and goal of the JIT production system, establishes implementation steps of JIT production system, and establishes the overall program architecture of JIT production system; according to the overall program architecture, detailed design the JIT production system, analyze the necessity and logic of balanced production schedule, and establishes three categories JIT production system running mechanism, such as homemade pieces supermarket pull feeding, Large sorting feeding and Kanban pull feeding.Finally, we elaborate implementation measures of JIT, materials standardized management, the design of the dedicated station apparatus or shelves, areas of production planning, the method of receiving the materials, Kanban design standards and the use of norms, except for staff improvement activities,5S management, balanced production scheduling, multi-skilled workers training, standard operating, so that it can safeguard the establishment and the smooth implementation of Just In Time system.This research result gives some basic management theory and method for our production manufacturing industry JIT localization; it establishes advanced JIT production mechanism that spurns the bug of traditional production mode, establishes criterion feeding mode, distribution mechanism and flow, to adapt the specialty of many species and small batch quantity, in the end, we can improve locale management level, reduce the storage, smooth the production order.
