Based on energy audit of several Commercial Concrete sites in Wuhan, the boundarycondition of energy consumption statistics was determined. Also, energy-used systems, energyutilization features, and energy consumption status of Commercial Concrete Company wereanalysed, then the energy consumption indexes was obtained. The energy-saving measures forelectricity,diesel oil,water systems were discussed, their energy-saving quantities andenergy-saving rates were obtained respectivly.On the basis of mathematics induction-deduction and statistical methods, the mathematicalmethods of formulating energy consumption quote were discussed, the method of making energyconsumption quotes for Commercial Concrete Company was explained,and the energyconsumption quote limit values of unit product for the existing Commercial Concrete Companieswere obtained. Combining with the analysis results of energy-saving potential, the energyconsumption quote advanced values of unit product were also obtained. The energy consumptionquotes of unit product included single energy consumption quotes, comprehensive energyconsumption quotes, the main process systems’ energy consumption quotes which includeconcrete production system and the semi-finished products transportation system. The singleenergy consumption quotes contain total power consumption, comprehensive oil consumption,and total water consumption.From the point of view of the whole life cycle of commercial concrete, used “GreenhouseGas Protocol” as a standard, the boundary condition of carbon emission was delineated, theunilateral concrete carbon emissions and the total emissions of several Commercial Concretesites were quantified. Their total numerber of drainage of waste water, and waste were alsocalculated respectivly. According to the environmental control requirements, the limit value ofthe noise, the dust emission, the TVOC content of unilateral concrete were given.According to the principles of cleaner production requirements, the structure and content ofthe Commercial Concrete Company’s cleaner production evaluation index system were given.Based on the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation index system, it also gave therelevant assessment score calculation methods. On the basis of evaluation system, the cleanerproduction levels of the Commercial Concrete Companies can be valued.
