Since the 1990 s,domestic and foreign research on enterprise culture has gradually increased.More and more experts and scholars have realized that the competition of modern enterprises not only depends on the facilities and equipment of the enterprise,but also on the soft power of the enterprise,which is a very important part of enterprises.Therefore,corporate culture construction has become an important content that cannot be ignored in development of enterprises.Many researchers regard enterprise culture construction as an important research content of enterprise strategy and modern scientific management.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,real estate companies have sprung up in the context of the new situation,and market competition has become more intense.As one of the leading companies in the real estate and real estate industry,JK Company faces the opportunities and challenges of survival and development in an increasingly competitive environment.If the company wants to become bigger and stronger,it must have both internal and external enterprise culture which can support the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,JK Company needs to further examine,evaluate and analyze the existing enterprise culture,finding the right direction to optimize the enterprise culture,and regarding a strong enterprise culture as the supportive force for enterprise development.Based on the theory of enterprise culture assessment,this paper adopts OCAI organizational culture scale method and takes JK company as the research object to assess the enterprise culture of JK company.Based on the random questionnaires distributed to employees of JK Company and the interviews with parts of employees,the status quo of enterprise culture and the expectation of employees of JK Company were analyzed from the multidimensional evaluation of 308 valid samples.Specific assessment and analysis include: JK Company overall corporate culture,and made the assessment and analysis from six element: management characteristics,leadership style,staff management,strategy emphases,success criteria.According to the actual situation of the company,the status quo and expectations of the company culture are evaluated and analyzed from different types of employees,namely gender,age and job grade.The main research conclusion of this paper is obtained through evaluation and analysis:(1)JK Company culture score from highest to lowest is team culture,hierarchy culture,marketing culture and flexible culture.Team culture and hierarchy culture dominate.Company culture expectations score from highest to lowest is marketing culture,team culture,flexible culture and hierarchy culture.The company needs to enhance the market culture and make it the dominant culture of the company.At the same time,strengthen the flexible culture and weaken the hierarchical culture and team culture.(2)Through the evaluation and analysis of each factor,the score of enterprise culture status quo and the score of enterprise culture expectation are compared.Comparing the scores of enterprise culture status and enterprise culture expectation,the scores of market culture and flexible culture increased greatly.In the six dimensions,the variation amplitude scores of team culture is negative,while in the five dimensions,the variation amplitude of the scores of hierarchy culture is negative.It indicates that the employees want to weaken the team culture and hierarchy culture,and enhance the market culture and flexible culture.Based on the evaluation and analysis results,put forward some suggestions for the optimization of corporate culture of JK company from various evaluation dimensions:(1)Inherit the team-oriented culture and highlight the people-oriented nature.(2)Enhance the flexible culture and enhance the spirit of adventure and innovation.(3)Strengthen the market-oriented culture and enhance the competitive advantage of the industry.(4)Soften the hierarchical culture,upgrading and optimizing the environmental atmosphere.(5)New adapt to the trend of the times,iterate the company's corporate culture.This article conducts a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the existing enterprise culture of JK Company,provides reference basis and opinions for optimizing its enterprise culture,and helps to promote more stable and faster development of JK Company.The enterprise culture construction of other companies also has some value of reference.
