A company is a wholly-owned enterprises of Norway, registered in Suzhou in2002, the main business is the production and sales of the related plastic parts in mobilephone antenna. After the global financial crisis in2008, the company have made thestrategy adjustment to business, apart from keeping the mobile communicationsbusiness, the company is also actively developing the market in automotive, medicaland industrial plastic components. The success has been made, but the shortage ofcapacity in Suzhou plant, which can’t meet the requirements of the development of thecompany. Currently more and more company are setting up plant in the west area,inorder to stabilize the current market share, to present better service to its customers,Aiming at the larger development space, A company decided to set up a company,namely B company, in Qujing state-level development zones of Yunnan Province.With the research background of the investment projects in B Company and theproject management theory, this paper will explore the various risks in the course of theproject. Through risk identification to find and understand the risks, this paper willfocus on analysis of various risks which might have while in operation, such asoperational risk, financial risk, market risk and legal risk, etc. What’s more, thecorresponding measures and management methods are also put forward in the paper. Dothe preparatory work in advance, and reduce the investment risk to improve the successrate of investment.Mainly as follows, firstly, history and the status quo development of China’senterprise risk management, to introduce the risks what investment projects may facewith the project management concepts, through the use of risk identification in theprocess of implementation of the project, and the scientific theories and methods, suchlike risk measurement and risk assessment, try to analyze and research the new project;secondly, the introduction of Company B’s investment projects, the company businessmodel, to analyze the project situation of Company B with the SWOT method, as wellas the opportunities and challenges; thirdly the Introduction of the variety of risks thatmay encounter in the operation of the process; with the theory of risk management, and the method of investigation, case study, data inductive analysis and chart analysis, theauthor have put forward the blue print of risk management and control, which can helpcompanies reduce the production risks that may be encountered in the course ofbusiness; finally, putting forward the investment project plan which be in compliancewith the present stage, be suitable for B company’s development, and the appropriateoperating mode and management mode.
