Village and neighborhood is a new model of rural community construction and onfarmers ’ production and changes in lifestyle, related to agriculture and rural development inthe long run. In order to understand this stage to advance the status of village andneighborhood in Dezhou city, farmers ’ willingness to participate in the close of village andneighborhood problems this article uses a combination of questionnaires and interview withtypical method, select a plain County in Shandong province in the close village andcontingent of150households, and through the establishment of Logit models of binarydependent variables, regression analysis and testing, analysis of factors affecting farmers ’village and wishes. Results indicate that the age, education level, family income, theproportion of non-agricultural income of the family, family cultivated land per capita, incomecompensation share of the total amount of the purchase, for policy advocacy knowledgevillage and intend to have a significant impact on farmers. At the same time, Countermeasuresand proposals were made based on the model analysis of the results, on the outstanding issuesin the village center.
