Research On The Demand Of Aquaculture Insurance Market In Shandong Province

Since the country's national fishery economic development strategy in 1978 to 2016 nearly 40 years,China's fishery industry has achieved rapid growth.At present,China's aquaculture production exceeds 70% of the world's total aquaculture,has become a veritable fishery's first big country.Aquaculture is not only an increasingly important role in aquaculture life,but also the role of aquaculture in national quality protein and national food security strategies.At the same time,aquaculture and other industries in the larger agricultural industry,there are high input costs,high risk of disaster,the degree of loss,product market price instability and ot her characteristics,the annual poverty caused by poverty.Therefore,it is becoming increasingly important to strengthen the protection of the aquaculture industry.However,the high risk of aquaculture and the weakness of insurance policy support hindered the insurance companies to carry out aquaculture insurance initiative,China's aquaculture insurance is currently only in the small pilot stage,the protection of aquaculture is far from enough.Practice has proved that in the risk dispersion and compensation mechanism,insurance is the most important tool,compared with the direct disaster relief means,insurance can not only compensate the economic losses of fishermen,stable fishery industry development,but also for the government to participate in society Management provides a new starting point.In recent years,scholars have begun to conduct tentative research on aquaculture insurance,but there are few studies on the needs and satisfaction of aquaculture insurance.Based on the above understanding,this paper will take Shandong Province as an example to carry out relevant research on the aquaculture insurance market.This paper also hopes to analyze the influencing factors of aquaculture insurance and the satisfaction degree of current aquaculture insurance systematically,provide a reference or the development of aquaculture insurance.Shandong Province is China's aquaculture province,aquaculture insurance pilot work also belongs to the country more successful representative.In this paper,Shandong Province as the survey object,focusing on the investigation of Yantai,Weihai,Weifang,Qingdao,Jining and other areas of aquaculture in Shandong and aquaculture insurance pilot area.On the basis of field investigation and statistical analysis,the econometric software is used to analyze the statistical indicators by means of Eviews,Spss and other econometric software.This paper first analyzes the influencing factors of aquaculture insurance demand with Logit type,and then analyzes the satisfaction degree of current aquaculture insurance by factor analysis method,and explores the factors that restrict the development of aquaculture insurance with corresponding advice.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the paper,including the background and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research literature review,research methods and technical lines and the paper innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is an overview of aquaculture insurance,including the characteristics of the aquaculture industry,the risk of aquaculture industry,the function of aquaculture insurance and the development of aquaculture insurance.Chapter 3 analyzes the aquaculture insurance market in Shandong Province.Contents of the development of aquaculture industry in Shandong Province,the design and organization of the questionnaire,the descriptive statistical analysis of aquaculture insurance in Shandong Province,the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of aquaculture insurance demand in Shandong Province and the satisfaction factor analysis of aquaculture insurance market in Shandong Province.Through the use of Logit model fishermen to buy aquaculture insurance factors can be found,fishermen on aquaculture insurance needs by the premium level,security level,the level of premium subsidies and other 11 factors,which premium level of insurance needs to have a reverse impact,and the level of subsidies on the insurance needs of the most significant impact on the highest degree.Through the factor analysis model,we can see that the influence degree of four dimension factors on fishery insurance satisfaction evaluation is as follows:(27.96%,3.4),the insurance factor(27.997%,3.9),the insurance price factor(21.096%,2.8 points),the policy support factor(14.905%,2.5 points),the insurance factor.The fourth chapter is the restrictive factors of aquaculture insurance development in Shandong Province.Mainly aquaculture insurance institutions to promote small,weak publicity,product design innovation,service life cycle is short,the quality of service and customer expectations gap and policy objectives are not clear,narrow coverage,policy to promote the slow.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and su ggestions for the development of aquaculture insurance in Shandong Province.The article mainly from the broadening of publicity channels to enhance the fishermen on the product awareness and satisfaction increase,strong product design innovation,enhance the demand for products and fishermen "fit",Improve service quality and service efficiency,enhance fishermen's experience of satisfaction and loyalty and improve the aquaculture insurance policy,to enhance the proportion of premium subsidies and coverage of four aspects of the argument.The sixth
