Under the background of globalization and market, enterprises are faced withmore and more competition. How to adapt to the market better and win the market isthe problem that all enterprises much be faced with. Under the traditional background,enterprise was faced with the competition individually. Now, enterprise has toreinforce the collaboration between enterprises which belong to one supply chain. Theoptimization of the supply chain is an important aspect of supply chain management.The clothing industry is not exceptional. Under the background of more and moreforeign clothing brand enter our market, our local clothing brands and the enterprisesface rigorous challenge. Strengthening the cooperation between enterprises whichbelong to one supply chain, changing the relationship from competition to cooperation,and controlling the clothing enterprises cost from the aspect of supply chain canmaximize the profits of the industry.This paper takes company A as an example, combines the situation of ourcountry, and studies the mode of supply chain management. This paper is divided intoseven parts, the first part is the introduction, explains the research purpose andsignificance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, researchtechnique route. The second part is the summarize of supply chain management,including enterprise management mode of evolution, the emergence of supply chainmanagement, supply chain management and supply chain management role. The thirdpart is the brand clothing enterprises supply chain management and the existingproblems, analysis of the brand clothing enterprises supply chain management inChina and characteristics of brand clothing industry supply chain managementdeficiencies. The fourth part is the A enterprise supply chain management problems,including A company, An enterprise supply chain management, A enterprise supplychain management problems analysis. The fifth part is the A enterprise supply chainmanagement optimization strategy, including the optimization of enterprises inventorymanagement and supplier management optimization strategy. The sixth part is ourcountry brand clothing enterprise supply chain management model is proposed, to ourcountry the brand clothing enterprises supply chain management to put forwardcertain proposals. The seventh part is the summary of the thesis.
