R’s of more types of products, different product foundries havelarger differences. Product OEM factory class through the the familiar sports equipment itself,the authors analyzed the existing supplier evaluation of the R’s proposed balanced scorecardand the analytic hierarchy process evaluation method to create a new supplier evaluationmanagement system. R’s supplier management and raise the level of the supply chain, whichis of great significance.Discovered through research, found that the R’s existing vendor evaluation managementsystem has some shortcomings, the evaluation indicators have coincident indicators outdated,too simple, there is no more complete supplier management evaluation system. Mainly include the ability to deliver quality, price, cost, four-levelindicators of sustainable development, as well as12secondary indicators, each index weightscalculated by AHP, so as to ensure a scientific evaluation system. The new evaluationhighlights the overall and scientific classification management through concise classificationsuppliers. So that combined with the procurement strategy, more open and transparent to thesuppliers of the suppliers to evaluate, and have a more transparent incentives and sanctions.More directly and clearly find the point of the problem, the proposed improvement plan andimplementation. More important is that the R’s own sustainable development strategy linkedsuppliers is both a challenge, but also an incentive.
