Research On Power Demand Side Resources Allocation In Jinan Region

The problem of resources allocation is the economics core problem all the time. The disinterment and rational allocation of resource at the power demand side will gain the situation that benefits all the society, electric power company and clients. Therefore, under the condition of satisfying the same power providing service, how to disinter the power demand side resource and allocate resources are currently the main problems of electric power companies. On the basis of analyzing the application of power demand side management at Jinan area and integrating with the disinterment and allocation of power demand side's resource, the market mechanism of power demand side's resource allocation is discussed, the core effect of price in the power demand side's resource allocation is concluded, a multi-objective optimized time-of-use price decision model based on users reaction and satisfaction in constructed. The demonstration studies are done based on users'load data in Jinan area, and the time-of-use price optimized result of this area is found. The conclusion has certain consult values for the departments of the Jinan power company. It also could be used meaningfully to some other regions.
