Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Performance Of Management Team In 220KV Xingan Substation Expansion Project

We can say that the most basic project management have a good project management team. And how to evaluate the merits of a power grid construction project management team building has become an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of team building.For a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of management team performance of grid construction project, this paper firstly collects and collates the relevant theory of performance, management team performance and comprehensive evaluation.Then the grid evaluation index system of construction project management team performance and index evaluation criteria are constructed five aspects of the scientific features of quality control, costcontrol, progresscontrol, safetycontrol and managementeffective according to the theories of power grid construction projects, management team performance and comprehensive evaluation. Next the weight of each index was determinedbasedon Entropy Law Act. Finally the actual performance situations of 220 KV Xingan substation expansion construction project management team were analyzed one by one based on the evaluation criteria, meanwhile, the management team performancesof 220 KV Xingan substation expansion construction project were evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the performance of the project management team is in gifted class seen from the evaluation results, meeting the requirements of the construction management team.The whole evaluation process has strict logic, from the collection of relevanttheory to the establishment of evaluation index system from, the characteristics of combining theory withreality are achieved, as the same time, the combining of structure entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make the whole process of evaluation more objective and can more fully assess the project performance level.
