Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Grid Construction Projects

With the electric power marketization, and the deepening of the reform of the power system, the electric power enterprises are in the pursuit of economic efficiency, at the same time, they must ensure the safety and reliability of electric power supply. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of grid is more and more important. However, due to the grid comprehensive evaluation concerning factors are complicated and the subjects of decision-making are more, which proposed many new challenges for the evaluation of grid construction projects. According to these new challenges, this paper introduced the group making-decision based on AHP. Due to comprehensive evaluation of network evaluation index involved are more and the diversification of making-decision subjects, the research makes the appropriate improvements according to the characteristics of traditional group making decision based on AHP. First, the index scale method is introduced, the method is suitable for high accuracy requirements of multi-index evaluation. For expert weight, this study adopted AHP method, which makes decision-making more democratic, fair. Finally, this paper select five grid construction projects to prove that this method is feasible and reliable.
