Research On Power Coal Logistics Management Model Of DATANG Group Under Supply Chain Management

Fuel， especially coal， is the raw material of thermal power enterprises must consume. Because the fuel variety and quality havean important influence on the safety operation of thermal power generation， fuel consumption quantity and price depends on the sizeof the production cost， business efficiency has great influence， therefore， thermal power enterprises have always attached great importance to the work of fuel. By the end of2012，(hereinafter referred to as Datang Group) thermal power of China Datang Corporation installed capacity of88780000kilowatts， annual purchase and consumption of raw coal for nearly2.15tons， fuel costs accounted for72.30%of the cost of power generation. Therefore， fuel management based on the procurement of coal is not only directly relatedto the safe production of the group company， and with the recentsustained substantial rise in coal prices， has obvious effect and thethreat to the group company economic benefits and operating safety， become a group company has to face and the major problems to be solved.Firstly， this paper analyzes the basic theory of modern logistics management， supply chain management. Based on this research，the present situation of logistics management mode of Datang Group coal are discussed，and put forward the solutions for the Datang Group Coal Logistics Sustainable development. Namely， combined with their own actual establishing a viable operational intensive logistics management mode based on learning from the domestic and foreign advanced ideas， advanced coal logistics management mode. Onthis basis， this paper also from four aspects of coal logistics management level， subject， main function and the logistics of the main business model for the Datang Group intensive coal logistics management mode for the design， also from two aspects of necessityand possibility to verify the feasibility of Datang Group to establishlogistics management mode of coal. Finally， this paper focuses onthe coal enterprises， transportation， government regulation， government macroeconomic policy and corporation management strategyfive aspects of the detailed analysis of the impact of Datang Group coal logistics management mode selection factors of logistics management mode， Datang Group coal were selected.
