Together with the improvement of the people’s living standards, the beef is widely accepted and become an integarl part of the food on the table.However, as the source of the beef supply, the rising breeding cost and the decline of the farming profit happen in the cattle breeding industry all over the nationwide. Many farmers have started to give up cattle breeding. According to the phenomenon, the study on the influence factors to the farming profits can not only improve the farming profits and farming initiative, but also can protect the beef source to promote the long-term healthy development of the cattle industry.This study analyzed the influencing factors of cattle farming profit by using a production function model, on the base of a field reasearch and collection of the Statistical Yearbook. The quantitative analysis results showed that the scale of farming, breeding experience and the weight increasing each month in fattening period significantly increases the profits of the farming profit. In addition, farmers geographic location is also found to be significantly related to the farming profit. According to the conclusions, it is recommended that we should develop large-scale breeding, increase the technical training and technical input in the breeding process.
