With the continuous improvement of residents' income level,the dietary consumption level of residents in Hebei province is also on the rise.Beef with its high protein,high in calories and fat traits to cater to the needs of consumers of a healthy diet,attract more and more consumers.The improvement of urbanization level has provided broad development space for the beef consumption market,especially the establishment of XiongAn new area has triggered the demand for high-end beef.Under the circumstance that the beef production of Hebei province occupies the fourth place in China,the consumption level of residents' beef is lower than the national average level,and the consumption is seriously insufficient to drive the industry.Therefore need to apply relevant economic theory,the study on system beef consumption behavior of residents in Hebei province.The research on beef consumption behavior is of guiding significance to producers and sellers,and of theoretical value to the government in formulating industrial development,industrial norms and guiding rational consumption.In this paper based on the theory of consumer behavior,and buying decision theory and the hierarchy of needs of residents in Hebei province based on the analysis of the beef consumption behavior,first using the macro data to beef supply and demand situation in Hebei province were analyzed,and then combined with field survey data of Hebei province beef consumption characteristic,consumption behavior of residents with the analysis of the system.Logistic model was used to analyze the main influencing factors of beef consumption behavior of residents in Hebei province,and finally put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This study found that: first,Hebei beef supply quantity is greater than the consumption quantity,per capita beef consumption is lower than the national average.Second,residents' food consumption,the proportion of meat consumption increased,beef consumption quantity increased but in China.Third,there are differences in beef consumption between urban and rural areas,regions,seasons and incomes.Fourth,the consumption characteristics of resident beef are: the ideal price is 40-80/kg yuan,but it also shows high price demand;The monthly consumption amount of beef is less than 100 yuan,accounting for less than 20% of the consumption of meat.The consumption places are concentrated in supermarkets and farmers' markets.The reasons are quality assurance,safety and convenience.The main consumption of beef is young,with the age of 15-35 years old being the main consumption,and the beef market has potential in the future.Fifth,beef consumption barriers mainly from the following five aspects,according to the influence degree,in order: price is too high complicated > > cooking taste > can't convenient to purchase > don't like to eat.Sixth,the willingness of Hebei residents to consume beef is influenced by consumers' gender,age,income level,reasons for buying beef,purchase time,attention to beef safety and color of beef.Seventh,the factors affecting the beef buying behavior of residents in Hebei province include: residence,age,income level,preference for beef,consumption ratio,when to buy,fresh beef price,cooked beef price,beef supply safety,and beef color.Eighth,the differences between the influencing factors of beef consumption intention and behavior.Only when the influencing factors of both are satisfied,will the consumption intention be converted into consumption behavior.Finally,in view of the above research conclusions,relevant Suggestions are put forward for the government,beef production and sales: a number of measures to reduce costs,promote beef consumption,strengthen the market warning regulation,smooth the market price,refine the consumer market,lock target groups,establish quality and safety mechanism,enhance consumer confidence,pay attention to product color and packaging management,improve the appearance comfort,strengthen beef consumption propaganda,enhance consumer awareness,take multiple measures to broaden the marketing channels,improve the availability of products.
