Evaluation Study On The Role Of Government In Agricultural Informatization Construction

With the advence of the informatization society, the information has become the strategic resources to enhance the comprehensive national strength and international competition ability. For the traditional agricultural country, realizing informatization in all processes of the agricultural production and operation has become the inevitable trend. In our country, agricultural informatization has become one of the most important fields of the national economy and the social development, and has become the important measure to solve the "three-dimensional rural issues", and has become the means of expanding rural market、developing rural economy and raising farmers’revenue. The role of government can not be ignored in the processes of the agricultural informatization. Inner Mongolia is the traditional agricultural provinces in China, it is meaningful to the agricultural informatization construction of Inner Mongolia even the whole country to researching the role and effects of government, and the shortages and countermeasures.The article takes the present situation of the socialist new rural construction and development as the research background, based on related concepts and theories, from the agriculture information infrastructure, information resources, talents, information technology, information services and external environment six respects to construct the assessment index system of the role of government in the agricultural informatization construction. And using the relevant statistics yearbook and agricultural websites to collect relevant data to obtain achievements of the role of the government of Inner Mongolia area agricultural informatization construction and the existence shortages including horizontal comparison, longitudinal comparison and internal comparison, then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
