We must analyze the cause of these problems. There always exists much conflict in how to merge global integration and local responsiveness in global company.We are trying to seek the right method to manage the global company locally. Using DMAIC pattern based on ISO9000Standard to analyze the collected data and contrast the data before utilizing DMAIC pattern and after utilizing DMAIC pattern. To test and verify the improvement after using quality management tool, to promote the capability of quality management of local global technical service companies ultimately.
