| In the modern society with the rapid development of industry,flow is an important parameter in the process of modern industrial measurement,also one of the most important measurement parameters in the measurement field.Since the 21 st century,with the increasing demand for flow measurement in energy metering,environmental protection,transportation and other fields,flowmeter has been widely used.Electromagnetic flowmeters are widely used also,and large-diameter instruments are mostly used in water supply and drainage projects;Medium and small caliber instruments are often used in high requirements or difficult to measure occasions,such as cooling water control in iron and steel industry,measurement of pulp liquid and black liquid in paper industry,strong corrosive liquid in chemical industry;Small bore and micro bore instruments are commonly used in places with hygienic requirements such as pharmaceutical industry,food industry,biochemistry,etc.Flowmeter quality is an important basis for each industrial process control.The quality management of flowmeter manufacturing process determines whether the flowmeter metering is reliable.Unreliable process quality management will lead to various quality problems of the flowmeter,such as inaccurate measurement,inadequate product installation,product corrosion and cracking,product safety problems,etc.,also affect various production control links of related industrial processes,resulting in economic losses and unsafe operation.Based on the above background,this thesis applies Six Sigma management and DMAIC model to sort out the quality problems in the flowmeter manufacturing process.First,used the literature analysis method to deeply study the Six Sigma management method and DMAIC model application cases in various fields,and basically master the key to DMAIC model solving practical problems.Secondly,according to the flowmeter manufacturing process and focus on customer needs and complains,dig out the critical quality characteristics of the flowmeter manufacturing process.At the same time,combined with the non-conforming quality data of the process,the main quality problems of the flowmeter manufacturing process were obtained.Using statistical analysis and case analysis,the main quality problems in the flowmeter manufacturing process were objectively and deeply analyzed,and the root causes of the problems were discovered.Finally,corrective,and effective improvement measures are proposed by using various quality tools of Six Sigma management.Based on the comparative analysis of the data after the implementation of the improvement measures,the effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified.At the same time,it also puts forward safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of effective measures from the system and process,to ensure the continuous implementation of measures and the continuation of improvement effect.In this thesis,six sigma management and DMAIC model ideas and methods are used to analyze the problems from complex to simple,layer by layer,find the critical problems,and make obvious improvements.The critical quality problems were solved,the quality management level of the flow meter manufacturing process was improved,and the cost of nonconforming quality before delivery was reduced.This research is another practice and application of Six Sigma management theory and DMAIC model,which has positive significance. |
