The Evaluation Research On Performance Of Tobacco Industry

China tobacco industry has the world’s largest market size, but in a long time, there are too many problems on these enterprises, such as the decentralized organizational structure and the lower international market share. Since the early21st century, the tobacco industry enterprises in China began the integration of corporate restructuring focused on improving the overall competitiveness and maintaining stable development. How to improve the efficiency of integration and enhance the core competitiveness has became an urgent problem in the integration process. Considering the background of inter-provincial consolidation and reorganization, it’s meaningful to do some researches on M&A of China tobacco industry.On this basis, constructed by sequence analysis and entropy which combines the subjective and objective integrated weight model, comprehensive G1Entropy-FCE model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the Chinese tobacco industry integration. Thirdly, we focused on evaluation of intergration of China tobacco jiangsu industry corporation. After that we research on this enterprise’s efficiency indicators, technical indicators, energy consumption index, cost index’s differences based on before and after the integration, we use Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analysis, factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis of impact factors of tobacco industry business integration.
