The author put forward the strategy of SO, WO, ST and WT as the Starting point to develop NX bank development strategy target and specific content..The third part (the fourth chapter) NX bank development strategy objectives, contents and implementation scheme are formulated.The fourth chapter NX bank development strategy is proposed, total of6areas, community bank strategy, regional strategy, differentiation strategy, customer relationship strategy, electronic banking strategy, risk management strategies, these strategies are formulated on the basis of combination with the internal and external factors and considering the changes of external environment factors and internal conditions, it is objective, practical.The last (fifth) is the summary of the researching contents of this paper and implementation plans.
