Research On The Development Strategy Of Community Bank Of GD Bank In Kunming

In recent years,my country’s Community banks have developed rapidly and gradually become an important part of the national financial system.In the developed countries of the West,such as the United States,Community banks are already mature and have a complete Community banking system.Compared to other countries,my country’s banks are still in the early stages of development.On the one hand,the Community banks are limited by factors such as late start-up and inadequate systems.It has had some impact on traditional banking business;Since 2020’s,My country has entered post epidemic and all the areas of life are waiting for development.Faced with such a serious environmental situation,the Community banks can only combine their own characteristics and learn from their own and foreign experience to strengthen their own profitability in order to break through the situation.This paper takes the community bank subordinate to the Kunming Branch of GD bank as the research object,applies the development strategy related theory,uses the literature research method,the field visit method,the questionnaire method,and combines the actual work to find out the main problems of the community bank subordinate to the Kunming Branch of GD bank,mainly including the lack of clear development strategic planning,the poor location of the community bank,the serious homogeneity of products and services The level of customer service needs to be improved.Secondly,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of GD Kunming Branch community bank,this paper uses SWOT analysis matrix to select the appropriate development strategy for D Kunming Branch community bank.At the same time,this paper draws on the development experience of domestic community banks,formulates the development goals of D Kunming Branch community banks,and puts forward specific implementation strategies such as establishing intelligent service mode,building differentiated product service system,and strengthening the training of business personnel.Finally,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from the perspective of system construction,organization construction and risk control,which will play a reference role in the development of community banks under the jurisdiction of GD bank in Kunming.
