Application Study Of Lean Production In DL Company

Lean production as an advanced mode of production recognized by the public, since its birth, its system has been developing more than60years and still enriched and perfected constantly in the worldwide, which has finally developed into more complete advanced production management technology and method system, attracted more and more attention in the world scope.About lean production, the enterprises of China and academic institutions have did some research on it, which has got a wide range of application and promotion, in the small and medium-sized private enterprises, although everyone know lean is a good production organization methods, lower costs and increase profits, it is hard to find the case that lean production was applied and produced the actual value.DL is a medium-sized private company with twenty years history, it produces power tools, is also exploring the implementation of lean production methods to reduce the cost and improve the competitiveness. This paper introduces the theory of lean production, analyzed the present situation of DL Company with the direction of lean production tools and thoughts, Firstly find the major problems which influence the implementation of lean production and the reasons, then study how to solve these problems and provide solution. Expounds the methods of implementing lean production in DL Company, Finally sums up the further promotion plan and summarizes of the experience, this paper aims to provide reference of methods and laws for those small or medium-sized enterprises who are exploring lean production.
