Feasibility Study Of Longyan Long Jin Lake Business Hotel Project

The promulgation of the "Eight Provisions" and "Six Prohibitions" of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "Regulations on the Administration of Domestic Public Reception in Party and Government Organs" calls for serious reception discipline,reduction of expenditure,strengthening the construction of Party conduct and a clean government,and greatly reducing the expenditure on public service reception.At the same time,hotels and star-rated hotels(hereinafter referred to as official hotels)with official reception as the main industry have entered an unprecedented off-season of operation.With the migration of Longyan city center,the old Fujian West Hotel,which mainly served as official reception,was in a temporary dilemma because of the aging of facilities and equipment and the gradual lack of location advantages.Combining with the migration of urban center and the development trend of Longyan tourism,the construction of Longjin Lake official hotel built according to the planning is also put on the agenda.In this paper,the feasibility of project investment is studied in depth to provide relevant basis for the final investment decision-making.Based on the economic evaluation methods and theories of investment projects,hotel-related expertise and relevant domestic laws and regulations,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the feasibility of Longjin Lake official hotel project by using the methods of literature research,investigation and research,and the combination of theory and practice.Firstly,the market of the project is analyzed,including the political,economic and social environment of the project,with emphasis on the analysis of the relationship between supply and demand,advantages,disadvantages and opportunities and challenges faced by the project.Secondly,combined with supply and demand analysis and SWOT analysis,"the demand for official reception is sharply reduced,and business is also analyzed.According to the conclusion that the demand for service reception is strong,the operation orientation of Longjin Lake Public Service Hotel is given,and the investment amount of the project is estimated according to this orientation.Thirdly,through the prediction of the operation situation after the completion of the project,the economic benefit indicators of the project are obtained,and the state-owned enterprises are introduced during the period.In addition,this paper also analyzed the five main risks faced by the project and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,for the smooth implementation of the project,specific safeguard measures were put forward.In addition to using the method of project feasibility study to demonstrate the feasibility of Longjin Lake Public Service Hotel project,this paper also provides a reference for the transformation of traditional public service hotels through the study of this project.
