A Study On The Construction Of Intellectual Capital Evaluating Model Of Oil Extraction Plant

With the coming of knowledge-based economy times, the importance of IC (intellectualcapital) has gradually surpassed traditional factors of production, such as land, capital,equipment etc., has irsen to be the most valuable resource，becomes the dirving power oforganizational performance and the most important source of the core competence ofenterpirses. The Oil Extraction Plant, which lies in the core position of oil industry chain, is atypical knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterpirses, strongly depends on theadvance of science and technology and innovation, IC is especially critical for its development.But there exist problems like low in science and technology, weak in independent innovationcapacity etc. in domestic Oil Extraction Plant universally. Only through promoting the IC canenhance the competitiveness of enterprise from the root.The purpose of the study is to design a set of evaluating model and indicator system of ICsuitable for Oil Extraction Plant, proves the rationality and effectiveness of the indicatorsystem through empirical study, provides a new effective tool for Oil Extraction Plant tomanage their IC. Furthermore, obtains the evaluating results of IC in Zichang Oil ExtractionPlant，proposes suggestions and countermeasures to improve its management of IC, andprovides certain rcfcrcncc for other Oil Extraction Plants as well.The thesis firstly combs and summairzes the already existing research achievements of ICat home and abroad, redeifnes the concept of IC, conifrms the IC of Oil Extraction Plant ismade up by human capital, structure capital and relation capital.Secondly, designs the evaluating indicator system of IC in Oil Extraction Plant bases onqualitative evaluation, collects relevant data from Zichang Oil Extraction Plant throughquestionnaire survey, and make statistic analysis bases on quantitative study, proves therationality and effectiveness of the model, provides an effective tool for Oil Extraction Plant tomanage their IC.Finally, obtains the evaluating results of IC in Zichang Oil Extraction Plant throughempiircal study, and proposes relevant suggestions and countermeasures to improve themanagement of IC.
