With the medical safety issues becoming more and more important, the citizens of Beijing are making higher demand on the timeliness and quality of cold chain medicine distribution. But now,the medical cold chain logistics of Beijing is facing many problems, such as high logistics costs, lack of traceability mechanism and underutilization of logistics resources.Regarding the issue above,we are trying to apply joint distribution mode to the cold chain medicine distribution of Beijing, which means to build up joint distribution alliance of medical cold chain among the pharmaceutical companies of Beijing.I am going to study the path optimization, cost sharing and benefit distribution based on joint collection and delivery.First,I sorted out and studied the related theoretical research results in medical cold chain and joint distribution. Then I analyzed the advantage and necessity of implement of joint distribution compared with traditional distribution mode, combined with the features of medical cold chain distribution.Based on existing research,we can choose a medical cold chain distribution mode which is suitable for Beijing medical logistics development status. Then I used k-means clustering to complete the rational division of distribution region, built the joint distribution network and performed the path optimization of joint distribution.Meanwhile,I put forward the principle and hypothesis of cost sharing and benefit distribution and analyzed the risk factors which affects the benefit distribution of joint distribution alliance.Thereby,I designed the conditions for pharmaceutical companies to reach cooperation, implementation steps, information platform and workflow. In addition,I built a path optimization model based on the common distribution network and a cost sharing and benefit distribution model using game theory and selected Nash negotiation method and Raiffa solution of risk factors for each model. Finally,I chose three pharmaceutical companies of Beijing to perform example analysis which is to test and verify the validity of the model established and the feasibility of application of joint distribution mode in Beijing medical cold chain logistics.
