A Research On The Development Model Of Oil And Gas Resources Industry Cluster In Shaanxi Province

Industry cluster, as a characteirstic industrial organization form, is growing anddeveloping in many parts of the world, and gradually to be not only an important index ofinspecting and measuirng a state or a regional economic development level, but also isbecoming the source to enhance the competitive advantage of promotion industry. The rapiddevelopment of industrial clusters promotes the progress of the study; however, the theoreticalsystem of industrial clusters is still not perfect, especially for the less study to some localcharacteirstics of industrial clusters, and the lack of specific theoretical guidance and pathplanning during the development. Therefore, in this context, the undersigned article conduct astudy to industrial cluster development model of the oil and gas resources in Shaanxi province，which aims to provide effective theory support for its future development.This paper, which adopts the related theory of industrial and regional economics as theresearch foundation, carries on an analysis to the development model of industrial cluster ofthe oil and gas resources in Shaanxi province. On the one hand, it supplies a qualitativedescription to the development situation and model of industrial cluster of the oil and gasresources in Shaanxi. On the other hand, based on the collecting and processing of the relevantdata, as per the experts’ interview and AHP，builds an evaluation model of industiral cluster ofoil and gas resources to conduct quantitative evaluation in Shaanxi, then shows the evaluationresults, clears the problems existed in current model of industry cluster of oil and gasresources in Shaanxi, and points out the root of problems is the unreasonable developmentmodel of the cluster. Then leads to the key point of this paper---construct multiple industrycluster of oil and gas resources in Shaanxi. Therefore, following the multiple industrial clustertheory guidance, combined with the development conditions of Shaanxi, sets the modelconstruction objective and principle in multiple industrial cluster development of oil and gasresources in Shaanxi province, and puts forward the detailed construction thought and the finalframe structure, and makes an expected effect evaluation to the new model. Finally, suppliesthe development countermeasure to the multiple industry cluster of oil and gas resources inShaanxi province.
