Sichuan is a big province of producing pigs in our country. As the first important characteristic industry of Sichuan, pig’s production mainly concentrated in the hilly and plain. ZiYang is located in the hilly region in Sichuan, with its geographical position and climate conditions; it becomes the pig producing area in Sichuan. It has obtained certain grades on developing modern pig industry, building a modern pig industry system since it becomes a modern animal husbandry pilot city. But it is still a deep gap with the east and northeast on DLY, traditional way of raising pigs remains pervasive, enterprises’promoting ability is limited, breeding environment-is bad, the moderate scale cultivation level is low, the industry chain is not enough developed, amount of finish is not match to capacity, farmers still had a low level of organization, technological level need to be raised, innovation and promotion of the risk prevention mechanism is limited, the product quality and safety system is not perfected. Facing the consumers" more and more diverse demand with pig production, constructing and perfecting the modern pig industry system further is response to the party and the state’s appeal of developing modern agriculture and constructing modern agricultural industry system, promote the construction of modern agriculture industry system in Sycuan, accord with Sichuan’s goal and requirement of developing modern agricultural. As an experiment city, it will demonstrate and guide the construction of the modern industrial system of the pig in Sichuan. This paper has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper gained a lot of data through the survey of Ziyang and its districts. Through theory analysis of industry economics, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on Entropy Weight, and contrastive analyzing of Ziyang. Main content includes:(1) Theoretical analysis of the modern pig industry system;(2) Analyze the current situation and evaluate the modern pig industry system of Ziyang;(3)List policy Suggestions of building the modern industrial system of the pig further.The result shows that:(1) Improvement of pig breed is slow, the supply capacity of nutrition and epidemic prevention need to be further improved and enhanced;(2) The attention of the technology is still not enough, and the quality security level is low;(3) Deep processing level does not adapt to ability;(4) Production and marketing is imbalance, market is narrow, the brand construction level is low,(5) Financial support cannot meet the needs;(6) The development of produce antenatal, produce medium and postpartum is imbalance in every area.On the base, the author propose some policy Suggestions of building a modern industrial system of the pig further:To speed up process of improving the breed, support and encourage the development of feed and veterinary medicine enterprises to improve their capacity of supplying nutrition and epidemic prevention; to improve the reliance of advanced technology, and improve the quality and safety of the live pig security system further; Improving deep processing level, opening up pig industrialization; Innovating mechanism, improve the live capacity of risk prevention, reduce government’s financial burden; Play advantage of each area, to ensure that every advantage country develop evenly.
