Energy crisis and environmental degradation has been continued in recent years,which leads to challengeable development prospect of traditional energy.Owing to this situation,the new energy begins to be developed rapidly in the world.As an important part of new energy industry,photovoltaic(PV)power is attracting more and more attention from the world.Based on the prosperity of new energy industry,amounts of PV power enterprises are established one after another.However,due to its property of being easily influenced by national policy and macroeconomic environment,PV power enterprise may confront unpredictable risks during operating process.Moreover,PV power enterprises are subjected to the defects of technology,management,and finance,etc.,thus may also endure many predictable risks.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive risk evaluation for PV power enterprises in order to deal with risks calmly and promote comprehensive competitiveness,.In view of the condition that PV power enterprises are in face of risks during operating process,this paper built a comprehensive risk evaluation index system of PV power enterprises through careful selection and professional consultation,based on the research results of predecessors and large amounts of literatures.After micromesh analysis of evaluation indexes,the model of comprehensive risk evaluation of PV power enterprises was built.First of all,we calculated the comprehensive weight of every evaluation index based on AHP and entropy weight method.Afterwards,second class comprehensive risk evaluation of PV power enterprises was carried out based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,we came to a conclusion and gave corresponding evaluation.This paper selected a typical PV power enterprise as the research sample and obtained data through expert interviews,then used Matlab to check the consistency after processing the data.Firstly,the comprehensive weights of primary and secondary evaluation indexes were acquired based on concrete data;Then second class comprehensive evaluation was carried out;Finally,the risk level of the enterprise was given out and discussed.In the end,we proposed some suggestions for the PV power enterprise to cope with risks during daily operations based on theoretical foundation and the empirical analysis results.
