A Study On The Evaluation And Spatial Change Of Urban Land Intensive Use In Dalian City

Land resources is the human survival and development irreplaceable in naturalresources, its inner nature and economic attribute, decided the limitation of landresources itself and scarcity. From the perspective of sustainable development,development and utilization of land resources must be rational, intensive and efficienta few basic principles.Our country is in the social economic development strategic period ofurbanization, speed up, and expansion of the size of the city, the non-agricultural landtypes and the increasing number in China, and many people and little land basicnational conditions are become the bottleneck of the fast urban development and thefetters. At the same time, along with the occupation of the agricultural land and thequantity of cultivated land is less, the food security problem also gradually highlights,for we this has22%of the world’s population will tell, ensure that1.8billion acres ofcultivated land red line not be shaken, not only is the central party committee of aslogan, it is the basic guarantee of national development. So, for the rationaldevelopment of urban land intensive use and the discussion and research is receivingmore and more attention.In this paper, we select the economic developed in Dalian, the urbanization levelhigher city, as the example, this paper analyzes the current land in Daliandevelopment and utilization of the structure, type and so on basic situation, combinedwith Dalian in2006-2010, the city land development and utilization of the relevantdata, using P-S-R model, factor analysis and comprehensive index method ofcombining the evaluation model, with the help of SPSS soft, calculated in Dalian in2006-2010the three cities a county six district of the city land utilization level ofintensive degree and coordination degree evaluation scores, and from the presentsituation and the temporal and spatial change two aspects to analyze the evaluationresults. The result shows: the center in Dalian city land intensive use conditions aregood, suburbs land intensive use level volatile, in the city expansion stages oftransition.At the same time, according to the data analysis, from social policy, developmentmeans and the development idea three aspects in Dalian put forward to promote thelevel of land intensive use countermeasures and measures.
