The Management Mode Study Based On The Enterprise Life Cyle Theory Of Small And Meidium-Sized Enterprise

China’s economic system reform has made a great achievement Since reform andopening-up, and small and medium-sized enterprise has developed rapidly, whichhave become an important part in our economic growth, at the same time have play animportant role in our national economic system. but, them management level do notmatch, and even has become the main bottleneck of them further development.Management levels whether is suitable for the development of enterprise or not dependon management modes, so, it has become an important problem that small andmedium-sized enterprises choice correctly management modes, including content,method and system. This study would apply the life cycle theory to small andmedium-sized enterprise management modes, we would establish the dynamic smalland medium-sized enterprise management model and provide management advice tothem in different stage of the life cycle of the management modes.First, the author knows about the enterprise life cycle and management mode ofthe related theory on the basis of a large number of documents. We analyse effectiveimpact factors to small and medium-sized enterprise management mode,which lead tomanagement mode eight dimensions: strategy、 the execution、culture、organizationstructure、 talent, innovation、 leadership and merger cooperation on the base ofenterprise life cycle theory application.Secondly, this study design the corresponding questionnaire to the present statusof management mode in small and medium-sized enterprises on the determination ofinfluence factors in the management mode. Investigation that, there are problems atpresent in mall and medium-sized enterprises management such as the lack ofattention、blindness and oneness of choosing management models an so on.Again, according to the survey, we construct the life cycle theory based onenterprise of small and medium-sized enterprise management mode model anddetermine the focus of the management factors of different times. we make the proposal for small and medium-sized enterprises in different stage of the life cycle ofmanagement mode choice, and suggest that the venture should choice family-ownedmanagement model, and the growth should construct standardization managementmode, and mature should construct cultural orientation management mode, and maturelater called for innovation as management mode.Finally, we selected laizhou A enterprises as studying object. Research shows thatA enterprise build corresponding management model flexibly in different stages of thelife cycle, and has obtained good management effect achievement in the enterprisedevelopment scale, and economic benefits and management efficiency.
