Study On The Measurement Of Entrepreneurial Enterprises’ Dynamic Capabilities

With the rapid development of science and technology and economictransformation in China, entrepreneurial economy has gradually became the mosteffective economic mode of operation of modern society and made more and morecontribution to the economic growth of our country.On the other hand, economicenvironment is more volatile and unpredictable due to the growing trend of economicglobalization and the acceleration of technology upgrade.In recent years,there are upto70%entrepreneurial enterprises bankruptcy within two years after establishing onthe world, the survival and development of entrepreneurial enterprises are facing hugechallenge. In different stages of development, the external environment thatentrepreneurial enterprises face and the resources and team that entrepreneurialenterprises have are constantly changing.In order to adapt to the changes of all kindsof resources environment,enterprises must constantly update their ability to obtainsustainable competitive advantage.Dynamic capability is great significant for thesustainable growth of entrepreneurial enterprises as a capability that by updating itsability sustainably to adapt to environmental changes.the paper study the dimensionsand measurement of the dynamic capability of entrepreneurial enterprises throughtheoretical analysis and case study, aims to enable managers to understand thedynamic capability better and use the theory of dynamic capabilities to find the sourceof sustainable competitive advantage of entrepreneurial enterprises.This paper lay the foundation for the following by first reviewing andcommenting on the theory of dynamic capabilities and then putting forwards that thetheory has a strong guiding significance for gaining the sustainable competitiveadvantage and the rapid growth of entrepreneurial enterprises,Secondly,the paperanalyzed the dynamic capabilities of entrepreneurial enterprises,and the paperdiscussed the changes of enterprise environment, resources and capabilities indifferent stages by using the Timmons model and the theory of enterprise life cyclebased on reviewing the related theory of entrepreneurial enterprises and enterprisegrowth theory and put forward that the entrepreneurial enterprises must update the enterprise abilities continuously to acquire competitive advantages sustainably togrow,namely the support of dynamic capabilities.Thirdly,the paper analyzed theopportunities, resources and the dynamic capabilities of Google and Alibaba indifferent stages of the life cycle by using case analysis method and put forward thefive dimension model and the specific measures of the dynamic capabilities ofentrepreneurial enterprises.Finally the article confirmed the five dimensions ofdynamic capabilities of entrepreneurial enterprises: entrepreneur ability, marketorientation, innovation ability,integration ability and risk prevention capacity by usingexploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.The study on the dynamic capability of entrepreneurial enterprises isrelatively complex because of it includes the economics and management universityand relates to the enterprise ability theory, enterprise resource theory, organizationallearning theory, strategic management theory, knowledge management theory,evolutionary economics theory and other theories.this paper just has done apreliminary exploration and hope to provide useful reference for the further study ofthis problem.
