This paper briefly describes the basic export situation of coffee industry in Laos. Through the analyzing of the domestic and international environment, this paper points out many favorable factors in the Lao coffee industry, such as the rich resources, the support of government, the huge international market demand and capacity. But the coffee outlet is also faced with some problems, for example:coffee production quality problems, coffee export product structure unreasonable, the coffee marketing experience, which has hindered the process of internationalization of the coffee. Then, the paper discusses the coffee internationalization strategy to resolve the coffee export trade problems. The coffee production modernization and standardization, the structure of export products, the marketing channels, strengthen the coffee fields of international exchange and cooperation. Through the world, Laos should strengthen the coffee in the technical transformation of enterprises, improve the coffee quality standard system and quality control system, correct understanding, evaluate and select the marketing channels, so that Laos can speed up the internationalization of the coffee culture concept. The main purpose of this paper is to make the coffee industry t has a better position in the international market. Therefore, this article analysis the current situation of Lao coffee export trade to accelerate the internationalization strategy of Laos coffee. Laos coffee industry should not blindly expanding planting area, but according to the market changes to develop relevant strategies, such as improve coffee quality, the production of products with high added value; the production of high quality coffee, such as organic coffee, specialty coffee; improve the processing technology equipment, take international standards and national standards of product quality. According to the above measures, Laos will be an important coffee exporting country.
