Since China joined the WTO in2001, along with the further opening of markets, our link with the whole world is becoming more and more close. Foreign tobacco companies are stepping into China’s cigarettes’market. Along with the deepening of market-oriented reform, and with the established position of the management of municipal in the company’s market, the environment in domestic tobacco’s markets have made lots of new changes and the competition in tobacco markets companies has increased, which makes the focus on building modern new cigarette marketing team and retired of customer manager has become the inevitable demand and trends.Focusing on this problem, this thesis takes the first step to give an overview of the representative theories and researches on competitiveness, and then summed up theories and researches on the teams’building and the high-performance teams’building. Then, combined with the status of Taizhou tobacco company, in order to improve the company’s advanced in management,and to provide useful reference for the domestic tobacco business to improve the comprehensive capacity of customer, so as to enhance the competitiveness of business enterprises.
