Study On Collaborative Management Of Major Scientific And Technology Projects Organization Based On Interface Theory

In the early days after foundation, the major science and technology project represented by bombs and one satellite project has accumulated rich experience in organization and management in the implementation, pioneered Chinese characteristics system project organization and management mode. Along with the development of economic and the establishment of market economic system, the organization ang implementation of major s&t project is in the direction of diversification and complication.g However, the difficulty of coordination between organizations is gradually exposed in the process of organization and management of major scientific and technological projects in the era. These problems have hindered the implementation of major s&t projects, and it shows the past organization coordinated mode cannot continue to effectively solve the management problems of the new situation.Firstly this paper analyzes the reasons of major s&t project organization coordinated obstacles, and expounds the necessity of collaborative management to carry out the major s&t project organization. Thus, the paper defines the major s&t project organization coordinated interface, analysis its basic features and structure, and puts forward the major s&t project organization coordinated interface integration model which involes target integration, process integration and information integration. Then on this basis, the article constructs the major s&t project organization coordinated management platform, including three aspects: organization structure based on concurrent engineering, management information system adapted to the organizational structure and guarantee mechanism of effective functioning.
