Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy,which lies on innovation.If firms want to survive in the fierce competition market,they have to inject fresh vitality to its organization.Knowledge workers are the main body of enterprise innovation,so inspiring their innovation behavior would facilitate improving organizational performance,making organization stand out from fierce marketing competition.Therefore,motivating knowledge workers' innovation behavior has caught extensive concerns from both theoretical and practical world.This research is based on the predecessors' results,choosing knowledge workers' as subject investigated,organizational support,organizational identification and innovation performance as research topic,probing into effective of organizational support to organization identification and innovation performance,and how organization support have on effect on innovation performance through mediator of organization identification.Organization support means psychological perception of workers to the support from organization,such perception would have an affect on workers' organization identification and innovation behavior.However,which kind of perception would make workers more satisfaction and commitment,present more innovation behavior,thus helping boosting organization performance,has become an issue the management field hasn't resolved yet.In order to have a better understand of the role organization support plays in workers,unveiling intrinsic nature of such variable effecting organization performance,the research introduces organization support,organization identification and innovative performance into a model,which demonstrates the workers' evaluation of environment,than transfer to psychological reaction,ultimately become workers' routine thinking and behavior pattern,environment evaluation—mood reaction—behavior taken,which manifests intrinsic mechanization of workers' innovation behavior.Main conclusions of the research:(1)There is positive relationship between knowledge workers' organization support and innovation performance.This is to say,when knowledge workers perceive organization support,they will improve innovation performance.(2)There is positive relationship between knowledge workers' organization support(including its three dimensions)and organization identification(including its three dimensions).(3)Three dimensions of organization identification,namely,cognitive organization identification,emotion organization identification and evaluation organization identification,plays a role of intermediary between knowledge workers' organization support and innovation performance irrespectively.
