Research On The Affecting Entrepreneurial Networks On Obtaining Resources Based On Technological Entrepreneur

From the aspects of relevant research at home and abroad, this dissertation researches on the affect entrepreneurial networks on obtaining resources based on techonological entrepreneur.So far,using what ways to obtain resources is the most important problem to promote the new venture performance.This article focus on both entrepreneurial networks and obtaining resources.Studying the former scholars` research,we divide entrepreneurial networks into two dimentions:personal networks and organizational networks; ways of obtaining resources into three dimensions:acquiring internal developing and attracting.Research on the relationships between these two factors,we analyse how resources obtained affects on the new venture performance.The context of this dissertation includes the following four parts:Firstly, deeply analyzes the relevant theories of this dissertation,RBT emphasizes the former research on different ways how entrepreneur obtain resources,from the point of view of resource acquisition.The theory of entrepreneurial network to new venture emphasizes on the different classification . Basing on the analysis of basic theories, this dissertation summarizes the existing literatures related to from home and aboard,we find predecessors have obtained some achievement, but there is still large research space left, which is the basis of this dissertation. Finally this dissertation summarizes its primary research elements, which include the characteristic of entrepreneurial network, resource acquisition and the new venture performance.Secondly, this dissertation builds the theory model of the affect entrepreneurial networks on obtaining resources.We divides the entrepreneurial network into two dimensions of personal network and organizing network,ways of obtaining resources into three dimensions:acquiring internal developing and attracting.Meanwhile this dissertation puts forward the hypothesis of relationship among each element in this theory model basing on the theory deduction, which includes in detail the hypothesis of relationship between characteristic of entrepreneurial networks and obtaining resources. hypothesis of relationship between obtaining resources and new venture performance and 9 hypothesis in all.The third part is concerned with empirical research, which validates the theory model and relevant hypothesis with SEM and AMOS basing on the measurement of each variable. The data are obtained from the questionnaires to 185 new ventures which focus on techonological enterprise in Changchun city, and the results show that 7 of 9 hypotheses are supported and 2 ones don't gain supports.Meanwhile this dissertation discusses the results which are checked out by hypothesis, which shows definitely the significance of theory and practice.We reveal the reasons and give suggestions from the aspect of. the new venturesThe basic conclusions of this research include that characteristic of personal network is related positively with internal development and attracting resources; the relationship between personal networks and acquiring resources isn't significant; organizational network is related positively with acquiring and attracting resources;the relationship between organizational networks and internal developing resources isn't significant;This dissertation has the following innovations, firstly, builds the synthesis model of the affecting mechanism of entrepreneurial networks on obtaining resources based on techonological entreprise; secondly, research on the specific ways of obtaining resources to the new venture.
