China had been carrying out the policy of reform and opening up since 1978.In the context promotion of the policy,China's economy has been growing rapidly,and entrepreneurial area has been also developing gradually.In addition,with the strong support of national policy,entrepreneurship had become a common practice.As time goes on,the study of entrepreneurship has begun to deepen in educational area.Study on entrepreneurship from individual entrepreneurship initially has also been developed to team entrepreneurship.The existing researches on factors influencing team entrepreneurial performance usually interpreted one or two factors from the perspective of quantitative analysis,which resulted in the lack of qualitative research.Therefore,the qualitative research of entrepreneurial performance is of great significance in theory and practice,and also guides entrepreneurial activities better.In this paper,the study can be divided into the following steps under the guidance of Grounded Theory:Firstly,it reviewed the related theories of entrepreneurial team,entrepreneurial team heterogeneity,team conflict,team atmosphere,entrepreneurial orientation and performance.In the review of entrepreneurial team,we paid attention to its connotation and formation process.In the review of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity,team conflict and team atmosphere,respectively,we presented their connotation,classification and the relationship with entrepreneurial performance by reading domestic and foreign literatures.As for entrepreneurial orientation,we only analyzed its connotation and the relationship with entrepreneurial performance.Secondly,we selected four enterprises as the samples studied,and obtained the first-hand data on the factors influencing entrepreneurial performance through in-depth interviews.Subsequently,according to the coding process of the Procedural Grounded Theory,the interview data was standardized and coded,then the theory was constructed.We carried out integrally grounded analysis for the team entrepreneurial activities.Thirdly,based on the interview samples and coding analysis,we did a research to analyze the relationship between the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team,team conflict,team atmosphere,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.Among them,entrepreneurial team heterogeneity included external and internal heterogeneity.Team conflict had four manifestations: collaborative conflict,hostile conflict,concessional conflict,and relational conflict.From the four aspects of target oriented,team trust,work atmosphere and cohesion,we analyzed team atmosphere.Team entrepreneurial orientation mainly contained three dimensions: forward-looking,innovation and risk-taking.Finally,through this study,we found out that the factors of team entrepreneurial performance covered team heterogeneity,team conflict,team atmosphere and entrepreneurial orientation.Among these factors,gender heterogeneity,professional background heterogeneity,collaborative conflict,highly consistent goal,absolute team trust,good working atmosphere,forward-looking and innovative factors all had positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.At the same time,we also put forward some suggestions on management strategy depending on the four factors.
