Research On The Impact Of Innovation Network Location On Innovation Performance

With the increasingly fierce market competition and the arrival of the knowledge and information age,manufacturing enterprises' innovation performance depend more on the cooperation between the main innovation body behavior and the subjects of the innovation network.By acquisition of new knowledge and new technology from the outside,enterprise can carry out innovation activity to ensure the sustainable development.The innovation network of manufacturing enterprises' research and development has created a good atmosphere for the information exchange and interaction between manufacturing enterprises.At present,many scholars both at home and abroad believe that the innovation network position has an important influence on the enterprise innovation performance,but the path and mechanism of this have not get a coincident conclusion.Therefore,this paper starts with the position dimension of innovation network in manufacturing enterprises,develop an in-depth study of the relationship between them,with enterprise synergy as a intermediary variable,government R&D input as an adjustment variable,finally get the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the paper expounds the research status of innovation network,network location and synergy capability of manufacturing enterprises systematically.By summing up the research results in the field of innovation network research,redefined the definition of innovation network,network position,synergy ability,government R&D input and innovation performance,and divide its dimensions,and then studied the relationship between the variables studied,laying the theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,research on the relationship between innovation network position,synergy ability,government R&D input and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,by analyzing and summarizing the research result on the variables among the scholars,get the relevant assumptions of this paper,and construct the conceptual model of this study.Thirdly,carry out the empirical study.The questionnaire of this paper was established through literature research and other methods,with the help of data analysis software SPSS20.0 and AMOS19.0,carry out data analysis and empirical research on the results of this questionnaire survey.Test the role and hypothesis of the innovation network position,synergyability,innovation performance and government R&D investment in the manufacturing enterprise,and analyze the empirical results.Finally,put out the countermeasures and suggestions that can improve the innovation performance of the manufacturing enterprises.According to promote enterprise innovation network location dimension,pay attention to the cultivation of manufacturing enterprises' cooperative ability and use government R&D investment on the impact of innovation performance effectively,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through systematic research,the paper defines the connotation of innovation network location,synergy,government R&D input and innovation performance,and divide its dimensions,research on the influence mechanism between the innovation network position and innovation performance of the manufacturing enterprise,structure the conceptual model of this paper use synergy as mediation variable and government R&D input as Regulating variable,and carry out the test.Get corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the empirical results,in order to provide a useful reference for improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.
