Requirement is higher to human resources when company is under rapid growth.Starting from company strategy, to provide strong human resources to securecompany’s continuously development is an important function of human resourcesmanagement by close collection of current business and development trend andintegrating overall human resources. Bosch Automotive Changsha is a foreigninvested company registered in2004, business rapid growth started from2009. Thepurpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive human resources planning schemeto further enhance Bosch Automotive Changsha human resources system which isforward-looking, planning focused, systematic and operational so as to meet higherrequirement of company’s future continuous development.This paper analyzes Bosch Automotive Changsha current human resources status.Each company is focused on talent attraction and retention while talent competition inautomotive industry is more and more fierce. Bosch Automotive Changsha hasestablished a generally complete human resources system in7years after companyfoundation. However, part of planning and guidelines need to be revised to ensurepractice and effectiveness while business high growth and external competition. Itanalyzes company’s human resources demand and supply in next3years. Firstly,analysis is with internal and external demand and supply. Secondly, analysis focuseson demand and supply balance. With consideration of company current situation andfuture needs, especially next3years, the planning is designed for human resources. Itincludes Human Resources Overall Planning, Human Resources Settlement Planning,Succession and Promotion Planning, Attraction and Recruiting Planning, TrainingPlanning, Career Advancement Planning and Compensation and Benefit Planning.Each planning answers How to do for human resources management in differentaspects to meet continuous development requirement. Lastly, it demonstrates steps forimplementation, measures in organization and policy to secure implementation.With combination of theory and practice, this paper designs human resourcesplanning and introduces implementation methods. It can provide strong practicalvalue and theory reference.
