In recent years, with all top international automotive companies entering intoChina, Chinese automotive manufacture business is getting to the top of development.Chinese automotive products industry also get into a extraordinary period in itshistory. Most of the famous auto products companies are one by one start investing inChina, or cooperating with Chinese companies, this brings our business also step bystep forwards. The great competition between automotive manufacture companies,also exists and shows as competition between automotive products companies.Purchasing management, as a important activity goes through the whole process ofcompany business activities, shows more and more importance. Scientific purchasingmanagement, not only save cost, gain profit for the company, but also find potentialcompetition, guide the development direction for it.The thesis takes Bosch automotive products (Changsha) company as a research,start from the reality of company’s purchasing work, find out the main problems androot cause, confirm research direction and concept. The thesis first explain definitionand importance of purchasing construction, purchasing flow chart and human resourcemanagement, give detail analyse and study on Bosch management characters on these3aspects, and the problems and disadvantages found in real implement Then find outthe root cause, also give special reasonable suggestion, improvement ideas andproposals.The aim is to combine new minds and methods together with the maturemanagement experience from one of the world500top enterprises, to serve thechanges of new environment and new tide, and to accomplish the company successfulevolution. In the meantime, hope can bring mind sparks and deep thinking ofpurchasing management to other Chinese manufacturing enterprises, to win morepowerful and wider market competition for brand “made in China”, also, bring morenutrition and energy of management into the pipe for the “world factory”—China.
