The steel structure enterprise should focus on reinforcing strategy and the implementation of integrating stategy. For large, guangdong has considerable strength, such as rack, steel structure enterprises. Wenchuang should applicate enhanced strategy, based on strong main products, focusing on diversification stategy. It will become a big and strong one in this fields through the implement of its diversification.Therefore, the company is to keep the status as the largest and strongest one in Guangzhou and in this steel fields, it must learn to use diversification strategy, in order to adapt to the development and change of the environment and to meet the challenge of the fierce market competition.The formulation and implementation of enterprise’s development strategy is a systematic project, which involves all aspects of the enterprise’s management. If one area is not arranged properly, which may lead to the failure of the whole development strategy.Therefore, it’s necessary to develop from several aspects of strategic implementation measures. Second, on the security of human recources, increasing the introduction of human resources for the development of enterprises, reserving abundant human resource bases, completing human resources training and imroving the recruitment of staff to quickly adapt to the needs of the development of enterprises and to regulate human resources’s use, which help the staff finding their own way by themselves.In addition, other security measures are also included, which are supported from aspects of corporate finance, information development and brand development and strengthening.
